1. WHAT CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items, as long as:
✅ The return is initiated within 30 days of your purchase.
✅ The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
✅ Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability.

Step 2: Get Your Free Return Label
Once we approve your request, we’ll send you a free shipping label and instructions for returning your item.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
- Place your item in the original packaging (or something equally protective).
- Stick the return label on the package and drop it at Australia Post.
- Keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
💰 What’s refunded?
- The full purchase price of eligible returned items.
- Original shipping fees.
- Any item lost or damaged during return shipping (so be sure to track your return!).
