We know you’ll be checking your inbox like a caffeinated meerkat until your Booty Butter lands on your doorstep. So, we’ll do our absolute best to get your goods to you ASAP—before your housemate/partner/mum raises an eyebrow and asks, “Another tub of that magic butt cream?”

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
🌎 We ship worldwide! International orders have a flat rate of AUD 35, with delivery times ranging from 4-21 business days, depending on your country’s customs and postal services.✋ Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are your responsibility. We can’t predict these costs, so check with your local customs office if you need details.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. That way, you’ll know exactly where your precious Booty Butter is—or if it’s taken an unexpected detour to Timbuktu. (Tracking info might not update in real time, but trust us, your package is on its way... not actually to Timbuktu. Probably.)
SHIPPING DELAYS
We’ll move mountains (and postal systems) to get your order to you on time, but sometimes things happen—weather delays, customs hold-ups, or a postal worker taking an unexpected snack break. If your order is taking longer than expected, drop us a message info@bootybutter.com.au, and we’ll track it down faster than you can say "chafe-free cheeks."
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Double-check your shipping info before hitting that BUY NOW button! If your package gets delayed (or lost in the void) due to a typo, we can’t take responsibility for extra shipping fees or delays. Pro tip: Triple-check your address when Mercury is in retrograde. Just saying.
